Include and exclude images from Pinterest sharing

Hello, I would like to know if there’s an easy way to exclude selected images from the pinterest sharing button interface and anyway to add images that aren’t being displayed on the page.

E.G. exclude: I would like to display my site’s logo in an img tag, not css, but i don’t wan’t the plugin to show it in its interface.

E.G. include: I have individual headers for each page in my site with very important info inside it. And every headers background contains an image that I would like to be pin-able, but its on CSS because its overlayed with that important info.
