Incapability with Bricks Builder

    Installing SDC and Bricks Builder Latest (1.8.1) on a clean latest WordPress install causes a critical error with Bricks Builder the error comes from Bricks when trying to edit the template

    Thanks for reporting. Can you let me know the basic steps to repeat the issue on default WordPress? I’m unfamiliar with Bricks Builder, so please explain how to get the error to occur. Also which version of PHP the site is using, thank you.

    PHP 8.0 – I can provide a test environment if needed if you don’t have access to bricks?

    Install the Latest WordPress 6.2.2, Install the Latest Bricks Builder (bricksbuilder.io) theme, and Install the version of SDC from the repository.

    To see the issue you then go Bricks —> templates —> add a new template and save it and go edit with bricks and you get the error message above, or just edit an old template you will get the same issue.

    Bricks needs to be free or I am unable to test it. But I think the error description may be sufficient to get this fixed up for the next plugin update.

    Thanks Jeff, I have also raised it with Bricks too as far as I am aware they have no “free” version i.e repo or otherwise. If you need me to test anything let me know happy to do so

    Just to follow up with this, the reported issue should be fixed in the upcoming version of SDC (1.6). Please test and let me know, thanks again for reporting @stingray82.
