Inbox Solution For Fluent CRM

I have FluentCRM Pro and need a way to respond to clients who reply to emails from automation or campaigns. I also want to use custom fields specific to my business in these email replies.
I purchased FluentSupport as well in hopes of having a full integration that would provide an inbox solution for email replies, but this is not a smooth integration, especially with custom fields.Do do have any other suggestions outside of possibly using Thrivedesk + Pabbly + FluentCRM? Not sure if the new Community plugin and/or the project management plugin would work.
