“inbox.lv” emails not being received

    Ok so I have multiple WP sites, to cut a long story short, I have a client trying to add users to one of the sites, and any of this users who have an email address from “inbox.lv” are not receiving their registration emails (these are auto generated and they cannot sign up without them)

    I’ve looked into it, and can’t see anyone else has this problem. I’ve created my own inbox.lv address and tested it on a couple of different sites, using different methods (normal signup, gravity forms etc.. ) and I’m not getting any of the messages. Some sites have anti spam, some dont so I don’t think its that.

    Has anyone got ANY idea what this could be? My paying customer may pull out soon and request a refund which would be less than ideal!

  • If the sites that are having difficulty with outgoing mail to the inbox.lv addresses are all using the same hosting service, you might check with the hosting support group to see if they have had any issues with inbox.lv, or if they can provide any insight into why outgoing mail related to that particular email service isn’t being processed as expected.

    Ok thanks Clayton. yeah I’d thought of that and I’ve already messaged them.

    Thanks for your help, I guess for now theres not much I can do
