Inbound Messages not exporting

I am able to export “address book” but not “inbound messages.”
When I try to export them, I get redirected to an error page that says “This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://www.tropicoil.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=flamingo_inbound&post_status=&s=&_wpnonce=9fae402cb7&_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Dflamingo_inbound&action=-1&m=0&channel_id=0&export=Export&paged=1&action2=-1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.”
