    To check further, are you using any postcode/zip validation plugins? If yes, try disabling them and make a test order using a UK postcode in the address to see if the issue persists.

    If you do not have a postcode/zip validation plugin, then the most likely cause of the issue is a plugin/theme conflict.
    In that case, you will want to follow our guide on plugin and theme conflict testing to find the culprit.
