    Hi,

My woocommerce plugin just finished to update to 4.5.1.

Strangely, the site says : “WooCommerce Subscriptions is inactive. This subscription version requires WooCommerce 3.0 or newer. Please update WooCommerce to version 3.0 or newer ?”

and indeed it stopped to manage subscriptions !

What can i do in order to fix the plugin ?

    Regards,

    Hi there @tnntwister,

This message can appear when a caching plugin is installed and active while updating WooCommerce.

Usually it can be resolved by deactivating all caching plugins/solutions, clearing any remaining cache, and then heading to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and clicking Update Database.

If that doesn’t solve it, make sure all cache is cleared/deactivated, and then uninstall and reinstall WooCommerce. We have a page on that here. As always, we recommend keeping a backup of the site when making changes such as uninstalling or updating plugins.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread or let us know if you’d like to continue this issue.
