Looking at your example URL, I can open the URLs in the PDF in both Safari and Chrome on Mac. What browser are you using? What OS?

    Hello,
Indeed the links are active because I tried to change the pdf generator.
The links work well in the source pdf generated from Nuance pdf, PDFcreator or PDF Architect but are not active in the viewer with Firefox, Chrome or Edge browsers.
On the other hand everything works if I generate a pdf from LibreOffice writer (this is the case of the example you tested). Do you have any idea why?

    Thanks for your help

Unfortunally I’m not aware of how each service creates PDFs or what makes them different.
