    I setup the plugin, everything is up to date on the website, currency is euro on the chart. If I choose first the PayPal payment option, and after that I change my mind, and try to choose iDEAL, than the iDEAL payment option doesn’t work, the checkout button disappear on the bottom of the website and there is no error message. I tried it with Firefox and Chrome and the result is the same.

    If I choose first iDEAL, than the payment process seems to be good, but the final result is the error message of “Local payment options are invalid.”
    In spite of the error message, the order appear in the Woocommerce order menu. This is a very big problem, because the customer will guess, that something was wrong, however, the system generates the order.

    @webreneszansz,

    The reason the payment options are invalid is because you’er getting a “Client Authentication failed” error when the local payment window is being established.

    Most likely your API key user isn’t setup properly with all the necessary permissions. Please contact Braintree and provide them with your merchant ID and they will look in their logs and tell you exactly why.

    This appears to be related to your account only and not a plugin issue.

    I called Braintree on your behalf. It looks like there is an issue with your Sandbox business account. Did you carefully follow our documentation on setting up local payment methods?

    double check that you allowed the other currencies option.
