inactive commenters' alert or notice

Hi

I was wondering if there was a plug in that allowed an admin to see the number of comments that a user had made from viewing the ‘users’ page in the back end of wordpress. I can’t find anything that does this, though on the ‘users’ page I can see how many posts they have made but not if they are active commenters. I can see who’s commented from the ‘comments’ page but i can’t see who hasn’t and I need to do that for a current project I’m doing for a client. The ability to see who’s not commented is the important functionality I need.
