Inaccurate Income in Donation Form

    Hello,

    After deleting a failed donation from the donations page, the income number that appears before the donation goal in the donation form changed. I noticed that the system subtracted the failed donation amount from the income, but that failed donation was never added to the total. As a result, it displays a much lower income total in the donation form. The income total shows correctly in the administrator’s dashboard. How can this be solved?

    Hi there,

    Please do the following:
    1) Make sure you’re running the latest version of Give — 1.8.13
    2) Make sure that if you have an “Updates” sub-menu item under “Donations” that you’ve done all the Updates necessary
    3) Finally, go to “Donations > Tools > Data” and run the “Recalculate all donations” tool.

    That should resolve any issues you have. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    Thanks for your quick response! I did all of the things that you requested me to do, but apparently it made it worst. The income number lowered to 0. What can I do?
