    Hi,

My company’s rating on trustpilot is excellent but from the widget, it shows good.

Is there anything I can do to make the rating level reflect accurately?

Hi, mine is doing the same. It’s like the widget on our site is cached (we dont use any caching plugins) and not updated.
On our site its showing 7 reviews with a 4.3 rating. On trust pilot it has more than 7 reviews and a 4.4 rating.

    Hello!

Auto update is a paid package feature, like these (for example):
    – Auto review downloading,
    – Unlimited number of reviews,
    – Many reviews (from different platforms) in the same widget,
    – Many widget layouts at the same time.

You can find our packages here: https://www.trustindex.io/prices/

In the free widget generator you should download new reviews manually under the “My reviews” tab.

Just to clarify, on free version plugin we can’t get even accurate reviews count?
For example, I setup plugin, leave it for a week, and if new reviews been posted on site we have old reviews count (what was pulled week ago setting plugin??) [using button layout]

Yes, you have to go and update it manually in the plugin in the free version. Under the “My reviews” tab and click download new reviews.
