    Hello,

I installed and configured W3 total cache.
After several days I realized that my site was slower, so I decided to deactivate it.

Since then, some visitors can no longer access the site at all without going private browsing.

For me it works with Chrome, but Safari accesses the site only via private browsing.

I tried to deactivate and remove the plugin by following the recommendations (htaccess modification + Deletion of generated files), but it still does not work.

    Do you know why ?

Thanks in advance for your answer,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @djimmyl

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Since you removed the plugin and the issue persists, the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache. So potentially you have another caching layer or some other rules that are conflicting.
YOu should also try clearing the browser cache and cookies.
Again if the issue persists after W3 Total Cache is disabled, the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!
