• Imagine you have 3 variants:
    Size: M, Color: Blue
    Size: M, Color: Green
    Size: S, Color: Green

User clicks ā€œSā€ ā€“ he now sees ā€œSā€ rounded and ā€œBlueā€ crossed.

Problem: There is no way to change selection to ā€œBlueā€ any more. It becomes unavailable until user deselects “S”. (And yes ā€“ I know what to do, but user is not clever enoughā€¦)

I want to achieve this: User clicks on crossed ā€œBlueā€ and this forces ā€œBlueā€ selection. Another conflicting attributes are reset and become available for user to select. (So user now sees ā€œMā€ and ā€œSā€ both unselected.)

Any way to get this? Any ideas?

Well, actually this is very simple: I want the crossed buttons to be clickable.

When user clicks on any crossed button – this should be equivalent to “first click reset, then click the button”.

Thanks for your valuable response, @michabbs.

Could you please try deactivating the “Swatchly” plugin and check if the crossed buttons become clickable using WooCommerce’s default behavior?

If you notice that they are clickable, then I can assure you that it is also possible to make them clickable even with our “Swatchly” plugin activated on your website.

Please let me know how it goes and we’d greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to our support team by creating a ticket on our support website.

Otherwise, it will be a bit difficult to address what exactly is causing the issue on your end. Your valuable insights will greatly help us resolve such an issue.

    Best regards,
    Tarek Aziz
