Inability to use shortcodes in Divi

I purchased this product to integrate a Wiki into my Divi template. However, this plugin does not offer any shortcodes. If you have Divi, I recommend that you do not purchase this plugin. In addition, I asked for a refund, and Dennis refused; I found him to be very unprofessional. I received the following email from him when I asked for a refund: “Sorry, no. And I don’t see a problem with Divi.” I am usually not one to complain; however, I really had to post this negative review, because I feel that I was not treated well as a customer.
