Inability to edit and create new layouts

When I try to edit my layouts, he takes me to edit the post page and not the Visual Portfolio.

Already tried:
– Disable all plugins and leave only Visual Portfolio;
– Create a new layout;
– Clear the Cache;
– Change the theme to WordPress default.
