In your face cross-sells

I am looking for a plugin/solution that enables me to add warranty options to products in my woocommerce store. For example, I’ll sell an electronic product and I want to give/show the buyer the warranty options that can also be purchased. I know I can add warranty options as cross-sell items but I need these options to be more prominent. I’d like to show them close to the “add-to-cart” button on a product page or even with a pop-up when the item is added to the cart. The pop-up will offer the warranty options to choose from. I’m sure I am not the first person wanting to do this however I am having a tough time finding an elegant solutions. Suggestion please.
