In which folder are the new order numbers?

The plugin uses the meta key?_order_number?to store the sequential order number. To locate the?_order_number, please check the?post_meta?table. If HPOS is enabled, the meta will also be present in the?order_meta?table. Hope this helps.

So the plugin doesn’t save the order in a folder to be reviewed? something like this (image attached)
