In which file is the woo_header_inside() function?

I don’t believe there is such a function in the plugin. Perhaps its from 3rd party?

If found that in “The One Pager” theme. Also the woo_header_before(). Would like to customize it and don’t know where they are ??

Perhaps you should ask your theme developer as that function is added by them?
