In what table(s) are the SETTINGS/FORM saved to in the SQL database?

    (I am not asking about the form submissions.)
    I would like to transfer the plug-in and the forms that I had set up on a site that I no longer has a functioning domain name. I do have access to the cpanel so I can access the SQL database tables.
