In Version 2.5.1 how does one change the header

  • i would appreciate if you could tell me how does one change the header in the latest version of WordPress.

    headers are designed and placed by the theme author, not wordpress. Look for the theme that you like, and then in the header.php file of that theme. Then you can look up the style of that div in your style.css file and change what you would like to.
