Please check the link I’ve attached and you’ll see that “Don’t Need Bug Net” on the third level is not automatically checked. The ” ‘ ” in attribute in the URL is replaced by “%27” .
I checked the other product pages and the variant options without the symbol ” ‘ ” are automatically checked.

This will be confusing when the customer clicks on the ad to get to the page. Is this a bug?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @anneng1,

    Greetings for the day!

Apologies for the delay is response due to high number of tickets.

Have you tested this with the default variation dropdown in WooCommerce to see if it works there?

You can disable variation swatches plugin temporarily to test the same.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Aamir,

Yes. I tested it and with this plugin turned off, the third level was able to be automatically selected.
I remembered that I had the same problem with Astra pro before. It seems like your plugin is made by the same team as them, so this should be a bug.

    Hello @anneng1,

    Thanks for writing back.

I tried to replicate the issue by adding a ” ‘ ” symbol in the attribute name and then trying to select the attribute using the URL and it seems to work for me. I tested it with and without the variation swatches and it works in both cases.

Here is the reference screen recording: https://bsf.d.pr/v/BdWZSM

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,
