In the vertical menu on left, possible to link to a tab on the horizontal bar?

In one main section (horizontal tab) on our website, I want to be able to have a page button on the vertical menu on the left that links directly to another section of our website that is the main horizontal menu at the top.

Does that make any sense? Basically I want the same page to be accessed from two different places on the site without duplicating the page.
