I understand you’re getting incorrect calculations at checkout, cart etc

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hello @designer900,

Sorry to hear that the conflict testing didn’t help.

So that we can move ahead with the troubleshooting, may I ask you to follow these four steps? This will allow us to narrow down a bit to what could be causing the issue.

    1) Create a staging site (Ask your host or use the WP Staging plugin).

    2) Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and change the theme to Storefront.

    3) Share your staging site system status – you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    4) Share a link to the products that display an incorrect total in the cart and checkout pages.

We look forward to hearing from you and we’ll be happy to assist further on this.

    Best regards.

    Hi @designer900,

Can you please confirm if you install Storefront theme?

If so, please share your staging site system status – you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, if possible, please share a link to the products that display an incorrect total in the cart and checkout pages.

    Thanks,

    Hi @designer900,

There are a few things that stood out when looking at your system status.

    1) PHP Version: 7.1.33: This is an unsupported version as the minimum required is PHP version 7.4. Read more on our server requirements guide.

    2) WC Database Version: 6.3.0: It’s best to run an update and match the WC core version currently 6.3.1.

    3) Active Plugins (18) and Mahacode 2019 Theme: You still have some plugins enabled and your custom theme. We suggested deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and changing the theme to Storefront. You can read more here.

    4) WC Pages: These pages are not set and do not contain shortcodes. Read more about WooCommerce pages here.

Please start from a staging site as we suggested above. Update all plugins and your Mahacode theme on this staging environment and check it helps solve the issue.

If not, you may want to look at all the four points I outlined above starting with updating your PHP version. Check after each point if your site is working as you would expect.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Mr. @rainfallnixfig
    i did all your steps
1- PHP Version now it is 7.4
2- WooCommerce now it is 6.3.1
    3- All plugins are deactivated
4- WC Pages I reinstalled missing pages
    and here is system report

    what should i do now?

    Hi @designer900

    Thanks for updating the items.

Can you confirm if the numbers are still incorrect as they were before you started troubleshooting?

Thanks for sharing the latest updated system status report. Per the report, your cart and checkout pages are not set yet.

Cart: ? Page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block.
Checkout: ? Page does not contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

Please set those right as explained in this documentation:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#install-pages-again

We believe the problem should resolve once the pages are set correctly. Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks
