in the side bar the brand only show 6 characters and cuts off

Hi mate, do you have brands assigned to products that are not displayed when you configure the shortcode?

Could you share the shortcode you are using?

Could you also tell us which theme you have activated?

I put the link below have a look in the right sidebar. The word Electron is cut off and the other brands are not showing.

In settings I have it set as a thumbnail, maybe this is the problem? But I tried full and still it is cut off and not showing all brands

We believe that the issue may be related to your theme, if you wish you can write to our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/quadlayers/ and send us the zip file of your theme so that we can replicate the environment on localhost.

didnt see a way to contact you on your facebook page so sent with email to your gmail account quadlayers at on May 9th

Also added new brands they don’t show up in the side bar
