In Stock vs. # in stock

Hi,

So we’ve let our inventory go over the summer and would like to start up our online shop again. However, I would like to change everything for either “In-Stock” or “Out-of-stock” instead of “# in stock”

I know how to do this in the individual setting for each product. But, I would like to do them all at once since I have over 1000 products. Is there any way I can do this?
