On every product it shows two different styles of in stock (or out of stock). I’ve checked I dont have two plugins doing the same thing and also when I inspect the page it shows they are both from the same div class. Been searching for a solution for weeks – any idea?

  • Hi @pudpud ,

I think it will not be compatible with plugins and themes. In this case, I think you need to deactivate the plugin one by one and check it.

    Thank you.

    Hi @pudpud

Your theme is the source of the second stock status button. You can easily get rid of this by turning it off in your theme settings: https://new.axilthemes.com/docs/etrade-wp/#section-11-5-1

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Hi @shameemreza ,

I have tried turning this option off in the theme but both ‘in stock’ images still appear. I have the same theme on a different website and only the top in stock (one with the tick) shows up. Its the other one with the small blue logo (underneath the tick one) that I cannot see where it is coming from.

    Hi @sayed
I have copied the website and deactivated all plugins not required by the theme and both in stock options still show. I then decativated it in the theme and both in stock options still show.

    Hi @pudpud

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
