    In some devices instead of oppening a new chat it shares the message. In some devices when I press whatsapp button it opens a new conversation with my business phone (this is ok), in other devices it will send me to my contacts to share the main message I have and it will not open a new window for my clients to chat with me.

    antes funcionaba perfectamente pero ahora sale ese error, lo curioso es que pensando que el error era exclusivamente de este plugin, instalé otros y también sucede lo mismo, no se que pasa, ayuda por favor

    hello guys

    On mobile devices, the plugin redirects users to api.whatsapp.com

    I’m afraid the behavior after this redirect depends on WhatsApp and we can’t do anything to change it

    We’ve updated recently to 4.3.4 to remove + symbol from phones because the API was updated

    Make sure you have the latest update and clear your site caches
