I have seen most tutorial videos and searched all features of the free Pretty Links installation and cannot find the following basic affiliate marketing features. Please, let me know if what I need is possible with either the free or the paid versions of your software.

I have a travel page (https://vegantravelgreece.com/vegan-tour-crete-greece/) including a stripe “book now” button to pay a deposit for a tour I am offering. I have created a pretty link to my travel page (https://vegantravelgreece.com/vdc) to give to bloggers and YouTube influencers in order for them to promote my tour in exchange for a commission.

    I cannot find how to:

    1. Set up a commission associated with each pretty link (e.g. the commission to be paid to bloggers promoting my pretty link on their blog, social media, etc)
    2. See the page the pretty link is installed on. For example, I have installed the pretty link that I created on the page https://kavihastamassage.com/vegan-travel-tour-on-the-island-of-crete/ in order to test it. It works of course but under the tab “Clicks” I only see the IP address of the link’s origin and not the webpage it was installed on.
    3. Track the completed stripe sales originating from my pretty links so that I can see which pretty links successfully create conversions.
    4. See the commission revenue generated by each link after successful sales completion.

In other words, I cannot find any of the basic affiliate marketing features to create a network of affiliate marketers. Am I on the wrong software or am I missing something big?

Your answer would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Hi @travelanddo,

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you’re trying to be more of a merchant looking to get other affiliates to promote your products rather than becoming an affiliate marketer yourself. Pretty Links is primarily geared toward affiliate marketers who’re wanting to shorten the URLs provided by their merchant. To set up an affiliate program, I’d recommend looking into a plugin such as Easy Affiliate or AffiliateWP.

    I hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
