    I get admin emails saying the post is sent but the emails do not arrive. In the “Reports” sections I see Status: “In Queue” Sent” “via Cron”.

    I’ve tried switching from HTML to plain text and sending WP and PHP, but nothing changes. I also set up SMTP and still the same message.

    I set up a cron job in cPanel using curl and confirmed it with the hosting company.

    curl –silent “mywebsiteurl/?es=cron&guid=evnloh-eqotdy-fmswkp-oqwlgp-gbuzak”

    I get notice that the emails are sent, but report still states they are “In Queue”.

    Please ensure the plugin has been updated to the latest version i.e 3.4.6.

    Hi, same issue. I get an email saying:
    Mail has been sent successfully to 2340 email(s). Please find the details below.

    Unique ID : dckgeb-yclosz-xigpmb-jeywlc-fpcanl
    Start Time: 2018-01-13 18:41:39
    End Time: 2018-01-13 18:41:42
    For more information, Login to your Dashboard and go to Sent Mails menu in Email Subscribers.

    However, in Email Subscribers there isn’t a ‘Sent Mails’ Menu. There is a ‘Reports’ menu which opens a page that shows the CRON job as ‘In Queue’.

    On the opposite end, when I try to send the email by ‘Email’ I get a server error page – which would indicate the email wasn’t sent. Yet the Reports page shows Newsletter ‘Sent’ and the number of recipients next to it.

    Are my subscribers receiving emails from me or not?
    Thanks

    @antya63

    May I know what Email are you pointing to here:
    “On the opposite end, when I try to send the email by ‘Email’ I get a server error page – which would indicate the email wasn’t sent.”

    Also, kindly make sure you have configured the Cron Job properly as mentioned here.

    Kindly let me know your views on the same.

    “Send email immediately” as opposed to “send email via cron job”.

    So my question remains unanswered: Are my subscribers receiving emails via cron job or immediate mail, given what I said in my previous message?

    Thanks

    @antya63

    Apologies for the delayed response.
    Kindly navigate to Email Subscribers-> Post Notifications.
    Edit the post notification you wish to know the method of sending.
    Kindly scroll down to Select Notification Status when a new post is published.
    You may see the method of sending emails used for that particular notification there.

    Kindly let me know if you need any help further.

    My issue was marked “Resolved” but it was never resolved. I just gave up and moved on to a different plugin.

    Hi Pratamesh, standard post notifications appear to be received fine (well, no-one has reported not receiving them).
    I was referring to occasional newsletters I send to my 2500 + subscribers.
    Also, how can I arrange my subscribers in alphabetical order, without exporting and analysing the file separately?

    Regards
    Antya

    P.S. @pw-eden Can I ask which plugin you use now?
