Are you using WordFence?
If that is so, could you please disable that plugin and try and generate the feed again?

After that, you can enable Wordfence again.

No we don’t use this plugin… We still have the problem!

The process is still running also if i click on Clear feed process…

A few questions:
1) Could you send me an overview of the plugins you’ve installed on your server?
2) Can you find an error log file in the wp-content folder on your server? If so could you send that to me.
3) Or can you find an error log file in the wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager folder?

Hello gruppo360

We are experiencing some issues with the newest version of our plugin. The last version of our plugin is quite a big update where a large part of the plugin is rewritten.

Not everyone is experiencing issues with our plugin but there seems to be two type of issues whereas some feed users experiencing missing items in their feed and some users with WordFence installed are experiencing feeds that freeze and stay in processing status.

For now the only solution is to downgrade the plugin to a previous version.

You could use WP-Rollback to easily downgrade the plugin to a previous version until we fix the issue permanently.

We expect to come with an update and bugfix for the missing items today.

i did rollback but now the system does not allow me to create feeds with variations because it’s free, but I bought the paid version

Ok, if you are a premium user you should use our ticket system on our website in the support section. That way you are sure you get accurate help and support.

You can download the last version from your account page on our website
Download when you click the view details en Downloads Select the v.1.9.8 Version.

I’m afraid I’m having the same problem. I have uploaded the free version on two sites. The site without the variable products seems to be working fine. The site with variable products I have tried to manage for a trial run by editing a fixed price. However the plugin has been stuck on processing overnight. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and updated the settings and it’s back to processing again. https://www.loveskin.co.nz.

1) Do you have Wordfence installed?
2) The site where the feed gets stuck, is that with a free or a premium version of our plugin?

If 1) is yes, please make a new topic in order to prevent hijacking the topic of @gruppo360.

If 2) is yes, then please make a ticket in our premium ticket system in order to better keep track of this known issue.
