In order emails, the date is always displayed in m/d/y

The way dates worked changed in 1.3.0. I can take a look when I get a chance. Unfortunately I’m pretty tied up with things for work. @barnsbe I will be releasing version 1.3.2 soon and the default will be to use the WordPress date & time format settings. I hope this will take care of this for you.
