In New/Edit Post features do not appear.

    When I go to create a new post or edit one, the editor is missing an entire field. It is the field that contains format, underline, align, text color, etc. The other row/field is visible with Bold, Italic and so on.

    Why is this missing? I just started the blog, so there are no active plugins. I also used the default theme, so it is not a theme issue.

    Can someone please help me resolve this? I have been spending hours trying to figure this out.
