Gain access to site?

    I am writing on behalf of my manager who is the owner of the site

    I am unsure if the site above was created using wordpress. I believe it may be, but I could be wrong. My manager pays for the hosting and someone set it up for him a few years ago, but that person is no longer available.

    I am trying to firstly find if the site is hosted through wordpress and if it is, what steps are required to gain access to it again.

  • A quick search says that it’s hosted through Synergy Wholesale, but that could mean it could be any one of 1,000’s of different resellers out there.

    The best thing that you can do is have osmeone in your accounts area look thorugh your past invoices and find out who you’ve been paying for hosting, maintenance or other services to do with the website. Those are the people that will bea ble to help you out.

    Hi @comicbrooke from what I can find here are the details you might be looking for. This is the cpanel server where your account is hosted.

    The hosting account belongs to Ventra IP in Australia. I reached out to their support staff and they confirmed it is their servers. You should go ahead and contact their support to confirm whether that server has that website and then get that account rescued. Hope this helps.
