Could you let us know what payment gateway is bing used? Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

You can install a plugin like Bit Payments so that it will work as a middle man between your site and the payment platform, this is helpful to sync the payments.
To take a better look can you provide a screenshot of the settings under WooCommerce > settings > Payments?

It appears you are using the Green Invoice for WooCommerce plugin to accept payments. This isn’t one of the plugins we provide support for and I can see it hasn’t been updated for the last seven months.
