In Media, new folder option with display restriction

    Hi,

    I need to implement add new folder option in media library.
    This new folder will not to display in other user account/media area.
    Means If UserX create birthday folder then it only be see by him and NATURE folder will not display on other account
    Can your plugin give this facility.
