In Line Pollydaddy ratings no longer showing.

My ratings are no longer showing on any posts. I am running WP version 3.9.1 and PD Version 2.0.25. The plugin is recognizing the ratings short code text as the text is not visible, but there is no actual rating available. I have tried resetting the API key, turning the plugin on and off, even removing and re-installing the plugin. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
