In IE7, the menu goes behind elements

I’ve got a couple of sites where the megamenu drop down goes behind the animated banner element on the site: https://www.katienapierabstractartist.com and https://standoutonline.ca/~valleyfi
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks! ??
