These kind of problems happen when something on your site (e.g. and image or video) is loaded via http but your site is loaded via https.
Smart Slider 3 uses relative path to load the images and videos (e.g. //yoursite.com/images/image.png ), so it’s up to the browser which protocol does it use to load them. Although you might need to cleat the cache of the slider: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/215-cache for the resources (CSS and JS files) to load over https.
Without being able to look at the site in question it’s hard to say what loads still via HTTP so please send me a link to your site.
