In checkout, Billing & Shipping address missing once this plug in is activated

    Sir,

    My billing & shipping address entry fields all missing once I activate your plugin.
    After I deactivate this plugin then they came out again.

    Yes my friend, this option is there on settings page. Please check your settings and turn off those checkboxes. If still you are facing the same problem so let me know.
