Imsanity skipping files it should be resizing

First of all, thanks for the plugin, was working great until this little hiccup!
I ran the plugin without issues resizing “Images uploaded directly to the Media Library” to 1024×1024. I then went to run it again changing the image sizes to 1024×900, the search image function returning the same results, but it skips all the images.
For some reason it is skipping images it should be resizing and I can’t work out why. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work!
Any help would be very much appreciated!
