Improving speed for my new website

Hi, when i am trying to view https://www.961lebanonweddings.com/wedding-flowers/ in my website the main picture that you see on top is always loading after text, even though size is not too big and i have installed W3 Total Chache. Any ideas why?

The other question is related to https://www.961lebanonweddings.com/zaffe-parade-lebanon/. I have inserted 25 youtube links, does inserting youtub links in this manner slow down the website? is there a better way?
