Improving page speed

Hi I checked the page speed analyser through
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/rubiz.in/aGYKfMa9
and https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=www.rubiz.in (score is 14)
and i have fixed most of the issues shown on the link but its still stays same.
What else can i do to improve my url score on the google pagespeed
