Improving over time

    I have been using Bookly on a client website for about 4 years now. I have during that time posted about features I would like to see and on one occasion they implemented one of those improvements. This plug in does not do everything I would like it to do but it does do 95 percent of what I need it to do. Overall it is reliable and has multiple add ons that enable you to generally customize it to your needs. The technical support is excellent. They are responsive and take the solving of problems very seriously. If I have one complaint it is the support cost. I have to pay for support every six months and for each addon. I prefer paying yearly. I pass along these costs to my client but it is expensive in comparison to other plugs in I use. With that being said I suspect those costs pay for the excellent technical support so it is probably worth it. Overall this is good reliable and fairly easy to use booking plugin and they are constantly improving its features. I recommend it
