Improvements and clarification

    Hello and thank you for reading.

    I have several improvements to suggest and one detail that I don’t understand well. I would like to switch to the paid version of the plugin but I would like to be sure to have a responsive after-sales service.

    Improvement needs:

    1. Is it possible to have a textarea allowing to manually blacklist e-mail addresses?
    2. Is it possible to have a postal address field (on/off) to display it on the front-end form?
    3. In France, gambling is prohibited for minors. Is it possible to activate a cache to tick “I am of legal age”?
    4. Is it possible to have more graphic options on the popup button? => Size increased without blur effect, negative positioning (see linked page), possibility of attracting the visitor’s eye by rotating it, etc?

    If these remarks are relevant and accepted by your team, how soon can we expect to see them in a future update?

    Lastly, I think I misunderstand how email/daily limitations work. For example, currently, in the general settings, I put 1 spin per email within 24 hours. Why after 48 hours, the use of the same email shows me “This email has reach the maximum spins.”?
    Is the 1 spin by email option valid beyond the 24-hour period? How to tell the system that an email address can participate indefinitely every 24 hours?

    Thank you very much for your time. I also wanted to offer you an exchange of good compromise by offering you the complete translation of the plugin in French. What is the fastest way to submit the translation .po to you?

    We will take all of your suggestions into account and update our plugin the next time. However, we cannot be certain of a specific time.

    For the #3, have you worked arround the GDPR message feature in our plugin > Wheel background, can that be solved for this request?

    If you set the Times spin per email option = 1, that means this email is allowed to spin one time, so just increase it if want spin more. And you can set delay between each spin of an email in the Delay between each spin of an email option, see this: https://ibb.co/3c1xZqS

    Indeed I had misunderstood the logical operation of the limits.
    And the activation of the GDPR options corresponds to my need.
