REACTION TIME

It takes a very long time for the pop-up to appear, longer than most users will want to stay on a site. From our view, it would be great with the choice to set the reaction time.

If you want to be more specific with your pop-up forms you can use the Holler Box (third-party) integration: https://www.mailpoet.com/using-holler-box-set-simple-pop-forms/

The captcha is too tricky to solve. Especially in Safari it takes five or more attempts to get it right. Can’t this be changed to a friendly CAPTCHA?

Under MailPoet > Settings > Advanced you can select to use our built-in Captcha or Google’s Recaptcha

In the automatic send-out informing about a new subscriber, only the mail address is shown . It would be much preferable to also include the name & any message the person might have added.

There seems to be no obvious field for the subscriber to also add a message – please consider adding this option.

This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
