Improvement: Log Items

    Hello Guys/Gals,

    This is a fantastic plugin, thanks for taking the time to develop.

    A suggested improvement I hope can make it into future versions would be the ability to set your own time to clear the log history which is currently fixed at 60 days (ideally I would like it a LOT lower as when you have an active back-end with many users the database entries can increase rapidly!)

    Ideally, it would be good to also include a function to limit the amount of history logs, so no matter whether you have a small blog or large multi-author site you can make sure the maximum amount of entries is capped at 1000 (or whatever other number you choose).

    Do you think this change is possible for future releases?

    Hey P?r,

    Were you able to implement this change? Or is it still on the to-do list?Currently I have your plugin disabled on a number of my more active sites as 60 days is too long.

    I believe i did. Check the “simple_history_db_purge_days_interval” filter.
