Improvement: From text-category to media-category

Gutenslider now sits in the text-category. But this category has basic text-elements like paragraph, heading and list.
Gutenslider is much cooler than that. She is the big animated sister of the cover block. And that block sits in the media-category. So I think the media-category is the better category for Gutenslider.
