Improve I18N Issues (Based on 3.1.4)

    I love Chaty, but its I18N code is not good enough; this issue makes this plugin keep a lot of UI strings in English.

    Good I18N makes the great chance to get good localization, good localized UI strings make users happy.

    So I make necessary modifications for this I18N issue.

    Please download the modified codes based on 3.1.4 and compare them with the original ones. Then you will know which codes I changed.

    The current translatable strings are 438, and there are 611. This means this plugin misses 173 UI strings which can be translated after doing some correct modifications.

    I have submitted the same modifications before but an older version. Please look at this one because this is based on the latest version, and I have the complete changes.

    Old version didn’t include the modifications for the upgrade/plan page.

    Just let you know the latest modified codes I provided which can boost to improve all current I18N issues, I think this can save much time for this kind of issues.
