Improve EZP Zazzle plugin with settings

This plugin could be improved by moving all the settings to the plugin settings page where default settings could be created, such as store name, number of items, associate ID and all the other parameters.

Then the plugin would use those settings as default, however the editor could still add over-riding settings on the entry of teh code on the page/post they are editing. So for example you might have 12 as the default number of items in the EZP settings, but they can add num_utems=”3″ which will change the number of items from the default 9 to 3.

At the moment the num_items does not appear to be working anyway.
